Columbus Park is the leading outpatient eating disorder treatment center in New York City. We’ve been providing expert, evidence-based treatment for eating disorders for over a decade. Our exceptional outcomes demonstrate that the treatment we provide is high-quality and effective, delivered in the least restrictive setting possible.
Adult Anorexia and Related Eating Disorders
Using the most current, proven therapies, Columbus Park specializes in treating eating disorders that manifest as rigid control of food and weight.
Adults with Bulimia or Binge Eating
Columbus Park uses concrete and practical behaviorally-oriented treatments to address emotional eating, binge eating disorder and bulimia nervosa.
Columbus Park offers structured outpatient programming (IOP) for clients who need more intensive treatment. We combine individual therapy, group and meal support in 2-3-hour blocks during day or evening hours up to five days per week. Our IOP is designed with flexibility to accommodate busy work or school schedules and is customized to meet each individual patient’s needs.
We deliver our treatments via videoconference to patients anywhere within New York State. This advancement makes our expert care and evidence-based therapies available to those outside our immediate area.
Columbus Park recently launched my3Square, an innovative video meal support solution for individuals who are unable to travel to our Manhattan office for help around mealtime.
