All Columbus Park services are running via videoconference including our Intensive Outpatient Program with groups, supported meals and individual therapy delivered virtually.  New patient assessments also conducted via video.  

Columbus Park is the leading outpatient eating disorder treatment center in New York City.  We’ve been providing expert, evidence-based treatment for eating disorders for over a decade. Adult Anorexia and Related Eating Disorders

Using the most current, proven therapies, Columbus Park specializes in treating eating disorders that manifest as rigid control of food and weight.

Adults with Bulimia or Binge Eating

Columbus Park uses concrete and practical behaviorally-oriented treatments to address emotional eating, binge eating disorder and bulimia nervosa.

Center for Children and Adolescents

We treat anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder and binge eating in children and teens ages 5-18.

Exercise Addiction: What You Need to Know

A new study published in the journal Eating and Weight Disorders indicates that exercise addiction is over 3.5 times more likely to occur in people who have an eating disorder versus those who don’t. Through a meta-analysis of nine studies across four countries, this new report analyzed results from over 2,000 participants.

Our Services

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Columbus Park offers structured outpatient programming (IOP) for clients who need more intensive treatment. We combine individual therapy, group and meal support in 2-3-hour blocks during day or evening hours up to five days per week. Our IOP is designed with flexibility to accommodate busy work or school schedules and is customized to meet each individual patient’s needs.

Teletherapy

We deliver our treatments via videoconference to patients anywhere within New York State. This advancement makes our expert care and evidence-based therapies available to those outside our immediate area.

My3Square Virtual Meal Support

Columbus Park recently launched my3Square, an innovative video meal support solution for individuals who are unable to travel to our Manhattan office for help around mealtime.
