Who We Help
Center for Children and Adolescents
We treat anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating, and Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) in children and teens ages 5-18.
Children and adolescents with eating disorders should not be treated in the same way as adult patients. Over the past decade, Columbus Park has been successfully treating our younger patients with proven interventions, aimed at supporting full and complete recovery for the long term.
Columbus Park offers several different treatment tracks for children and adolescents with eating disorders. After a thorough evaluation, we will be able to recommend a treatment course that is best suited to your child and family. We consider the following protocols:
Family-Based Treatment (“Maudsley Method”)
Adolescent and Family DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
Feeling and Body Investigators for ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food and Intake Disorder)
Please schedule your complimentary 15-minute informational intake or fill out the form below and we will respond within one to two business days.
