We need to be very deliberate when planning ahead in order to break longstanding habits and patterns. One of the most important reasons for planning ahead is that we want to avoid food choices dictated by your mood in the moment or by sudden impulses.
So what are the steps for planning ahead?
- Create your meal timeline.
- Determine each meal and snack.
- Avoid deprivation.
- Be flexible.
